Base rules

• All serves from behind the baseline
• One bounce required when receiving a serve or opponent's shot
• Max 1 bounce per side
• Volley allowed after own set-up or pass
• No hands or arms
• First to 11 or 15 points, win by at least 2 points

Variant 1 — KICKR SOLO (1v1)

Max 3 touches. Focus on technique and creativity.

Variant 2 — KICKR DUO (2v2)

1 touch per player, max 3 touches per team. Teamwork and coordination.

Variant 3 — KICKR ONE TOUCH (1v1)
