These terms apply to all purchases made at kickrsports.com, operated by Brobox AB (org. no. 559438-3975).
Order and agreement
A binding purchase agreement is formed when you complete your payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
Prices
All prices include VAT. The VAT rate depends on the delivery country. Currency is SEK for Sweden and EUR for the rest of the EU. Shipping costs are added and shown at checkout.
Payment
We offer several payment methods depending on country, including cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Klarna, Swish, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is charged when the order is placed and handled securely by Stripe — we never store card details.
Delivery
Delivery is handled by Bring (Sweden) or UPS (rest of the EU). The shipping cost varies depending on the delivery country and chosen delivery method, and is always shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery time is typically 3–7 business days. You choose a pickup point at checkout.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from receiving the product (Swedish distance selling law requires at least 14 days — we give you 30). The product must be returned in essentially unchanged condition. Contact contact@kickrsports.com to initiate a return.
Complaints
You have the right to file a complaint within 3 years of purchase under Swedish consumer law. Contact us with your order number and a description of the defect.
Returns and refunds
Return the product to the address we provide. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return, to the same payment method.
Disputes
In case of dispute, you can contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR).
