Terms of Purchase

These terms apply to all purchases made at kickrsports.com, operated by Brobox AB (org. no. 559438-3975).

Order and agreement

A binding purchase agreement is formed when you complete your payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Prices

All prices include VAT. The VAT rate depends on the delivery country. Currency is SEK for Sweden and EUR for the rest of the EU. Shipping costs are added and shown at checkout.

Payment

We accept payment via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payment is charged when the order is placed. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe — we never store card details.

Delivery

Delivery is handled by Bring (Sweden) or UPS (EU). Delivery time is typically 3–7 business days. You choose a pickup point at checkout.

• Sweden: 60 SEK incl. VAT (Bring Pickup Parcel)
• EU: €6 incl. VAT (UPS Standard)

Right of withdrawal

Under Swedish distance selling law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receiving the product. The product must be returned in essentially unchanged condition. Contact contact@kickrsports.com to initiate a return.

Complaints

You have the right to file a complaint within 3 years of purchase under Swedish consumer law. Contact us with your order number and a description of the defect.

Returns and refunds

Return the product to the address we provide. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return, to the same payment method.

Disputes

In case of dispute, you can contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR).
