Tracking
You will receive tracking information by email when your order has been shipped.
Returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt. The product must be returned in its original packaging and essentially unchanged condition.

- We will send return instructions and address
- Ship the product within 14 days
- Refund issued within 14 days of receiving the return
Return shipping is paid by the customer for withdrawal. For complaints, we cover shipping costs.
Damaged goods
If the product is damaged upon delivery, contact us within 3 days with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
